Job Summary: The primary job duties will include safe operation and driving of a company pickup and 20’ trailer to complete daily deliveries and pickups. This position reports directly to and coordinates deliveries/pick-ups with Corporate Logistics Manager and, works in conjunction with each facility’s yard and S&R foremen. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed and always represent the company in a professional manner.
Essential Functions:
Support TTI/FSS Company Safety Policies to ensure they are followed by employees
Operate a company pickup truck and 20’ trailer for local deliveries
Properly strap down and secure various types of loads
Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company
Interact professionally with team members, customers, and the public
Provide occasional coverage for tractor-trailer drivers, if licensed
Additional Duties:
Additional responsibilities or duties may be required as needed in support of company operations.

Sitting for extended periods
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, or mouse, and handle other computer components
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings including job/project sites, shop, and site tours
Teamwork Teamwork is essential in this position and the CDL Driver must have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively with all departments, managers, and staff. Actively participate in Safety meetings and promote company safety culture while working closely with the safety department.
Qualifications An individual must be able to perform each essential duty above average and always represent the company in a professional manner. The requirements listed are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must have a clean MVR with no moving violations within 5 years of DOH
Experience with hauling and strapping down loads using a trailer
CDL Class A License is preferred, but not required
Familiarity with Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Manatee Counties
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma
Language Skills Must be able to communicate in a professional manner and show respect both orally or in written form effectively with co-workers, other departments, and managers.
