A Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, organized work environment. May be some small tool repairs, general housekeeping of surrounding work area indoors and outdoors.

A Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, organized work environment. May be some small tool repairs, general housekeeping of surrounding work area indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment such as warehouse and extended reach forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts and audits
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Label, tag, and document inventory properly
- Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks, including loading equipment and tools for job sites
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fast-paced warehouse setting
- May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Exposure to varying temperatures, working in a warehouse and outdoors that are affected by the weather.
